Smart, lightweight, built for flexible and mobile workflows

Agility matters. Everywhere.

spryTrack™ 180  is a compact and lightweight optical tracking system designed for OEMs developing surgical navigation solutions that must operate reliably in space‑constrained and dynamic clinical environments.

Its design prioritizes flexibility, mobility, and ease of integration, allowing navigation systems to fit a wide range of workflows, from traditional ORs to table‑mounted and imaging‑centric setups.

The spryTrack™ 180 is a real-time optical tracking system that enables passive and active
marker tracking with high accuracy.

Equipped with two cameras, it uses advanced triangulation to deliver precise 6DoF pose tracking (x, y, z, α, β, γ), offering both a USB Type-C as well as a Bluetooth connection for a wireless access to pose geometry and a battery-powered tracking option.

spryTrack™ 180 can be evaluated in a wireless configuration using a Bluetooth communication interface and an external battery pack. These wireless capabilities are available as engineering samples, enabling OEM partners to explore cable-free operation and provide feedback to help tailor ongoing development to best match their system requirements.

(1) Based on a single fiducial stepped uniformly throughout the measurement working volume at 20 °C.
(2) Depending on user’s computer, USB connection and numbers of blobs detected in the pictures.
(3) Tested with a USB connection and in the case of typical IR images with 4 markers including 4 fiducials in the center of the Working Volume and without interference.
(4) Full speed is preserved for 4 markers of 4 fiducials. (i.e. 16 fiducials).
